GROWTH AT STEINBORN TCN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE:

We are proud to announce that STEINBORN TCN Commercial Real Estate has become the single largest local commercial firm in terms of total retail, office, industrial, land and business properties listed for sale or lease.   In April of 2006, we had approximately 25 listings.  Today, we represent over 86 total properties, an increase of over 240%! 

When I made the transition and acquired Steinborn Inc. Real Estate in April of 2006, one of the first priorities was to meet with Grady Oxford and Bob Shelton on how we could best grow our commercial real estate division.  At that time, Grady and Bob were the two designated commercial brokers.  I listened to their input and we put together a five year growth plan.   Thanks to their guidance and support, and in only 2.5 years, we have not only met our five year growth plan but have exceeded our goals.  We have revised and increased our goals for growth.  What was the driving force behind our growth?  Simply stated, it was our commitment to raise the bar in terms of customer service for our clients.  Quite frankly, the consumers told us that this was prevalent within our community. Everything we have implemented over the past 2.5 years, and our future goals, have been focused on providing “premier customer service”.  Nothing less.

Here are a few of our accomplishments since April 2006:

  • Joined TCN Worldwide Commercial Real Estate Network – the worlds 8th largest commercial network of independent companies throughout the United States and international markets.

  • Recruited 6 new professional, diverse and customer focused commercial brokers to our team.

  • Developed and implemented a commercial real estate research and marketing department which employs a full-time licensed commercial broker who develops in-depth market analysis, mapping, demographics, internet promotions and other customized services for the clients who we represent.

  • Obtained Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation; which is the premier commercial real estate designation.   All members of the commercial real estate team are committed to taking the CCIM designation courses which will even further strengthen our knowledge base and service.

  • Joined and strengthened our involvement in the Commercial Real Estate Association of New Mexico (CARNM) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) – the world’s premier commercial retail association.

  • Implemented commercial property management services and are now managing large multi-tenant properties.   Acquired and installed YARDI SYSTEMS; one of the nation’s most effective management software for commercial property management.  Acquired and installed Retail Lease Trac; the most effective online tenant recruitment software used for our clients.

Commercial Property Management Report

Headed up by Stephen Carr, Steinborn TCN has expanded its commercial property management services.  We were selected by First Community Bank to provide full service property management and leasing services for its 45,900 sqare foot multi-tenant office complex located at 277 East Amador Avenue.  We have also invested and implemented the YARDI Systems, one of the country’s premier commercial property management software programs.  For our retail property management clients, we acquired and implemented Retail Lease Trac, an internet based program that links us directly to over 6,215 decision makers for retail companies.
